For over 30 years, we have been immersed in the world of auto racing. Ben’s extensive racing background spans various series, including endurance, vintage, and SCCA road racing events at legendary tracks through the Midwest, Northeast, and Southern United State, including Road America, Indianapolis Speedway, Mid-Ohio, Watkins Glen, Road Atlanta, Daytona, Gingerman, and Autobahn Country Club to name a few. Through his racing career, Ben has also managed a vintage racing team of approximately eight cars for over a decade, overseeing everything from race prep and trackside support to technical and engineering direction. He further leverages his hands-on experience designing, fabricating, maintaining, and restoring race cars from the ground up, ensuring each machine is dialed in for optimal performance and safety.

Ben’s professional background spans both the engineering and automotive industries, spending over 25 years as a Mechanical / Industrial Engine Drive Engineer at Miller Electric. This deep technical expertise shapes his approach to race car engineering and trackside support, from optimizing engine / driveline output, to suspension and aero setups, ensuring every vehicle is prepped for peak performance, reliability, and safety. He also brings extensive experience in the auto restoration space and has maintained and fully restored multiple TransAm, GT1, and Sports Racers over the years along with 10 years managing hundreds of restoration projects as the Executive Vice President of Muscle Car Restorations. 

Ben is driven by a deep passion for competitive motorsports and a desire to help others realize their racing ambitions. Through Arrow Motorsports, he applies his technical expertise to performance-focused solutions, blending innovation, trackside data analysis, and hands-on fabrication methods to ensure every car and driver is set up for success. Whether fine tuning a modern track car or restoring a vintage racer, Ben finds fulfillment in empowering drivers with the confidence and capability to push their limits on the track.

Cheryl plays a vital role in Arrow Motorsports, applying her organizational skills, financial expertise, and customer service focus to ensure the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. Cheryl’s involvement extends far beyond the office — having spent over 30 years immersed in racing life alongside Ben. Her dedication and love for motorsports is essential to the business’s success.

Outside of our professional endeavors we continue to fuel our passion for racing by supporting our valued customer GMO Racing in partnership with Arrow Motorsports. As a family enriched by the support of friends, loved ones and our vibrant trackside community, we have shared the thrills of motorsports over the past 30 years while raising our three daughters.
